The MXC6655XA is a 3-axis thermal accelerometer manufactured on a monolithic CMOS integrated circuit. Like the MXD6235Q and the MXC6855XU, it is based on thermal technology with no moving mass and no moving mechanical parts. It features exceptional shock resistance of over 200,000g—the highest in the entire Eukleed accelerometer lineup—and includes a self-test function as well as 6-position orientation detection.
