In order to ensure efficient management of equipment returns, we kindly ask you to follow the following procedure:
No equipment should be returned without first making a request for return.
Fill in the form above or click on request for return, please define as precisely as possible the cause of the defect and the conditions of use.
You will receive a return authorization number by e-mail within 48 hours. This number is valid for 1 month.
Make a visible note of the returns number on the outside of the parcel
The equipment must be sent to us accompanied by the returns authorization document you received by e-mail.
