The ATM3330E-3DCAQN-TR is an Atmosic BLE 5.3 SoC (ATM33e series) with a 64 MHz Cortex M33F processor, ARM TrustZone, directional AoA/AoD detection, and integrated energy harvesting (RF, photovoltaic, thermoelectric, kinetic), available in a 7×7 mm QFN package (56 pins, up to 31 GPIOs). Packaging: Tape and Reel. It shares the same architecture and BLE performance as the other variants in the ATM3330E family, with the only differences being the package and packaging.
